Mediator Service Packs

The following service packs are available for download at present. Please select the pack you require for instructions how to download and install. Most service packs are available in at least 3 different languages.

*This Service Pack should only be applied to versions of Mediator 9 installed from the original CD.

Make sure Mediator is NOT running.
Download the .msp file from the link above.
Double click to run the program.
The program will execute and install itself.
Once complete, you can start Mediator.
Verify it has been updated:
Click the Mediator Button to open the Mediator Menu, then click “Mediator Options” and choose the Resources tab.

Please note that the position of all panels and other settings such as the list of recently opened files will revert to their default values after installing the Service Pack.

If you are experiencing problems when installing the service pack releases, please try uninstalling the entire product and reinstall from the original CD before applying the service pack(s).

Fixed Issues:

Support for Internet Explorer 10 and 11
HTML: Opening a mediator document with a resolution higher than your screen resolution is now allowed
Miscellaneous stability and performance improvements have been made
