    • Becoming better at dealing with day to day stresses
      • working out more to eliminate stressors
        • Practicing my meditating
        • Learning to not be carried away by my thoughts and be more in the present moment
      • It will be hard to clear my mind of certain thoughts
        • The magnitude of certain thoughts cause severe anxiety and can ruin an entire day
    • Becoming happy who I am right now
      • Practice forgiving myself for past mistakes every morning
        • Writing down positive affirmations throughout the day to keep me in a positive mind state
      • Sometimes past mistakes keep me crippled in a depressive state
        • The negative thoughts that clound my mind sometimes are too loud for me to fully control
    • Trying to associate with more nice and positve people
      • Can do this by trying to find people with the same interests as me.
        • I can join programs like a good church or something that is surrounded by great people.
      • I currently battle a severe anxiety disorder. It is very hard to find the courage to try to meet people
    • Becoming more open to expressing feelings to others
      • I can start by finding one person i can confide in to talk about things that bother me
        • I can also even go to therapy and take it serious
      • Due to the course of my life, trust issues have been a major issue for me
        • I have tried therapy before but I quit before i even gave it a chance
    • Stop looking for certain drugs and alcohol for relief of emotional stress
      • sometimes when im too stressed I will dabble with a little bit of weed and alcohol but responsibly.
      • instead of weed or alcohol, try reading a book or writing in a diary
