GDPR Compliant Data Protection Flow
  • MPA Data Process Flow
    • Receipt of Data
      • B2B datasets are captured by FAME and sold to MPA. This data comprises of names, phone numbers, email address and general contact infomation for businesses who conduct scientific research and development activities.
        • Insert FAME's GDPR high level compliance statement here.
      • MPA Forwards Business Data to TM's DATAVAULT
        • As Data Processors, TM manipulates data to remove duplicates and incomplete data.
          • Duplicate data is deleted from data record provided by MPA.
            • List of removed duplicated data is provided to MPA for their records and removal.
              • Duplicated data list is sent to MPA using the STTP portal.
                • TM augments Data Verification
          • If data is incomplete, TM attempts to identify missing data segemnts through registered business webpages.
            • If incomplete data is recovered and updated for business use, the data record is updated and maintained in dataset stored on DATAVAULT.
            • If incomplete data isn't modified with updates, then the incomplete data record is removed from the dataset and a list of such data records are provided to MPA for their records and removal.
              • Incomplete data lists is sent to MPA using thr STTP portal.
                • TM augments Data Verification
      • TM Forwards Business Contact Data to Experian using their STTP portal.
        • Experian receives, confirms, cleanses, and appends correct SIC categories and contact details such as business LAN line, name and email addresses.
          • Experian returns the datasets using thier STTP with the updated data records.
            • TM receives the Experian appended datasets on the STTP portal, saves it on DATAVAULT, and merges Experian data file with the original data file.
    • TM Data Verification
      • TM conducts a Corporate Telephone Preference Service (CTPS) verification on the dataset received by Experian and merged into the original data files.
        • TM uploads dataset to CTPS's STTP portal for their verfication.
          • After 5 business days, CTPS provides TM the updated list of companies, and their phone numbers, in the dataset who have opted-out from receiving unsolciited marketing and sales calls.
            • TM receives updated CTPS via STTP portal and stores the datasets on DATAVAULT.
              • TM deletes the names of the companies, and entities, who have requested NOT to receive unsolicted sales and marketing calls on the data record and conductes an update save to the dataset on DATAVAULT.
                • CTPS reported unsubscribed data records are sent to MPA in a list format using their STTP portal.
                    • TM saves the permissioned dataset on DATAVAULT until confimration is received that it has been uploaded to Anthill.
                      • Confirmation from Anthill is received that files have been uploaded and TM deletes datasets from DATAVAULT.
                        • Data Augmentatin Begins
                • As all the unsubscribed data records have been removed from the dataset on DATAVAULT, the remining data records are prepared to be sent to ANTHILL/John Endocott for uploading to the TM CRM platform.
                  • TM maintains a copy of this dataset on DATAVAULT until confirmation is received that it has been uploiaded to Anthill.
                    • Upon notiifcation frm Anthill, TM deletes the dataset on DATAVAULT.
                      • Data Augmentation Begins
                  • CTPS and Experian checked data is sent to ANTHILL via TM STTP Amazon Portal.
                    • Upon notification from ANTHILL, TM deletes the dataset on DATAVAULT

      • Anthill has received the Experian and CTPS checked datasets and uploaded it into the TM CRM.
        • TM maintains a copy of the CTPS and Experian checked dataset on DATAVAULT until Anthill confimrs the dataset has been uploaded..

        • Anthill File Record is created.

      • Data Record is opened by an Agent using the Anthill CRM tool.

            • Gatekeeper refuses to connect Agent with Decision Maker.
              • Agent verifies that the GK received permission for the Decision Maker to remove the company from future calls.
                • If GK confirms that the Decision Maker wants to be removed from call lists, then Agent DELETES the data record.
                  • Data Record is Deleted on ANTHILL.
                • GK cannot confirm that the Decision Maker wants the company to be removed from the call lists.
                  • Agent sets a call back time to call the GK.
            • Gatekeeper is willing to confirm Decision Maker's Name, Number, Email.
              • Gatekeeper connects Agent to the appropriate Decision Maker in the Company.
              • Gatekeeper is incapable of connecting the Agent to Decision Maker.
                • Agent calls the Decision Maker directly.
                  • Agent reaches the DM.
                    • DM request to be removed from call list.
                      • Agent DELETES the data records from Anthill.
                    • DM gives permission to remian on the dataset call list.
                      • Agent fills out ANTHILL Permissions sheets and confirms with DM whether he/she would like to be contacted via phone, bulk email, or 1:1 email.

                                          • Remain in contact with the Client to verify qulaity of sales lead.
                                            • At the time the client has a sales agreemnt in place, the Agent is notified, and the data record is closed. (Not Deleted)
                                              • There is a subscribed time frame in which the contract is active. When the time line is over, the data record in re-initiated through an automation alert on Anthill.
                                                • Agent receives notification that the data record closing is about to expire.
                                                  • Agent reopens the data record.
                                                    • Agent Conducts CTPS checks for permission changes.
                                                      • Permitted to contact, the Agent contacts DM for follow on sales interest.
