      • Efficient and Effective
        • Everything you need, just as you need it, supportive not overwhelming, well organised and efficient with each component working well together, fully integrated, convenient. Minimal time for maximum results.
            • Super clean experience that has the perfect amount of info delivered in a way that suits them best e.g. they can choose from a video, PDF, info graphic podcast and can have just big picture or more detail. It feels well designed - the sections all inform each other of progress, are fully integrated and up-date the 'progress-pie'. The platform learns as it goes along for a seemless experience. Creates customer loyaly. They feel well served by the platform. Prompts appropriate action at appropriate time and provides examples (e.g. you had an interview yesterday, now would be a good idea to send a follow up-email, here are some examples and a quick two min vid). Learner Centred Approach.
      • Easy and Fun
        • Intuitive, fun and super simple to use.
          • No brainer, no barriers to use, sigh of relief, this platform gets me! Product teaches people how to use it and sets itself up for you. Harmonisation of complex product with intuitive easy to use 'non-repellent' customer interface! Layered learning. Looks good.
        • Fun to use/gamified and sticky with positive reinforcement built in.
          • Feels like I am playing and learning at the same time, so it feels like downtime/leisure activity but I am learning/growing as I use it and I'm making progress,so I want to use it and keep on coming back. Its not just content. Plus its a really useful tool to keep all my info together and keep me on track so why wouldn't I want to come back and use it!
      • Learn by accident
        • Perfect environment for learning, learn in a way that suits you best, doesn't feel like a chore.
          • The best info I can get anywhere distilled and at my fingertips, rich experience audio, visual etc, everything just works and feels very well designed, latest/best info! Looks great/rich. I can learn in the way that suits me best.
      • Advantageous
        • Genuinely helpful and of benefit. Creates advantages for everyone that uses it, positive ripple effect.
          • The time I invest on this platform gives me a big payback which makes it a really worthwhile and efficient use of time. I just need to show up add my details and it walks me through what I need to do and gives me perfectly tailored tools and advice just as I need it.
      • Affordable
        • Premium features can be paid for or unlocked, points can be earned for promoting/sharing content, watching ads etc
          • Anyone should be able to use it at a basic level. We want to achieve a win/win by creating a platform that is a force for good whilst earning money and growing it quickly.
      • Inclusive
        • Simple, no nonsense advice that can help everyone who can/wants to work.
          • We want to help marginalised groups.
