1. How long has your school been using MindView?

Our school has been using MindView for about a year.

2. Why did you decide to use MindView?

We chose MindView because we would like our (extended) school board to have a collaboration tool to streamline school administration. Also for preparing topics in class and an intuitive mind map tool for the students. Finally, for the subject of project management.

3. What activities do you use MindView for?

We use MindView for mind mapping, project planning and project management as well as in school administration. Via MindView, our students get a tool for project management and - very important - also a digital tool that can be used independently.

4. What are the benefits of using MindView?

In addition to many other things, I particularly appreciate the intuitive use of the digital tool. Another advantage is certainly the comprehensive export option to MS Office.

5. What do you and your colleagues appreciate most about MindView?

MindView is a “simple” and intuitive program, so that great success can be achieved with little work.

6. Where do you see other areas of application within the school?

I continue to see MindView in the school organization and in the classroom to edit mind maps together with the students in real time. Also to insert information as a cluster and thus save recurring topics as a kind of quality standard and use them again every school year.

7. How can other schools benefit from MindView?

Processes in MindView are visualized very clearly so that every student and teacher can understand these topics. MindView also saves a lot of time in class when working on teams and working on topics and preparing for presentations and essays.

8. How do you feel about working with MatchWare?

The cooperation is very good. We are well supported: with personal training units, training courses and information material, in writing and in visual form. If we have any questions, we have a direct contact person at MatchWare, so the lines are short.
