In the coming years, its administration will become entirely digital, covering both filing systems and process management. For this purpose, an extensive project plan was drawn up with the help of MindView.

What activities do you use MindView for?

MindView is used primarily for planning and managing the Town Hall’s digitization project.

How did you do this before MindView was introduced?

With flipcharts, wall projectors and manual presentations.

What are the advantages of MindView compared to the previous situation?

With MindView, projects can be planned efficiently and digitally. Changes occur very frequently in a busy project management environment, and these can be quickly implemented with MindView. Thanks to its extensive export functions, the current project status can be easily viewed, published and made available to everyone.

What was your experience of the roll-out?

The software is Citrix-compatible and can therefore be distributed very efficiently across many workstations and requires little administration.

What do users appreciate about MindView?

It is quick and easy to learn, even for novices.

Where do you see other areas of application for MindView?

With the Mind Map and Gantt functions, MindView is also very well suited to process presentations.

Would you recommend the software?

Yes, I can definitely recommend MindView. It is a significant help for project workshops: all you have to do is open your MindView mind map and switch on the projector.
