1. Who should specifically work with the software?

We see MindView as a collaboration tool at the start in the closer school management.

If we have digitally networked our school management and have structured it well, then we will also see it in the school administration, i.e. other teachers should then use MindView.

MindView can certainly optimize internal structure and collaboration. Then the project work of the students - accompanying the lessons - and also the internal project organization.

2. Why did you decide to use MindView?

Mind mapping programs such as MindManager are known to our school. Compared to other programs, MindView stands out positively because it looks more modern and offers much better options for mapping workflows and structured Gant charts. It is extremely intuitive to use as the layout is very similar to Microsoft Word.

Also, the control aspects are ideal for schools - and there are great shortcuts to Microsoft.

3. What activities do you want to use MindView for?

We see MindView as a time-saving tool for our (extended) school management. We’re not always physically together, but thanks to MindView, we can still work together in real time, at home and on the go, wherever we are.

The task planning can be implemented in mind maps and in the form of workflows, so that we save a lot of speaking time and email time. The school administration and the secretariat can certainly benefit from MindView.

I find MindView to be a great help when it comes to task planning and distribution, as well as organizational charts in school. Also with statistics, for which we would normally use Excel again, and with Word in quality management.

4. What are the benefits of using MindView?

I see that we can do more with less time. With MindView we can optimize the possibilities for cooperation and divide processes into different areas and then bring these individual areas together better.

Since collaboration is possible in real time, we also save a lot of speaking time here and can coordinate tasks well from home or from different locations. This often still costs us a lot of time; this is due to our framework conditions, since we work together in a staggered manner.

In short: the working and general conditions improve significantly.

5. Where do you see other areas of application within the school?

I can well imagine projects at the school for pupils. As a learning object to organize yourself accordingly while learning. I also think that we could use it to plan media concepts well.

6. How do you think other schools can benefit from MindView?

I think potentially all schools in the county can benefit as MindView offers different levels in the software covering all types of schools.
